These rules may just be the simplest of rules. Follow them if you plan to start or join a Tournament
1. The maximum amount of Shinobi allowed in a tournament is 20.
2. The number of Shinobi allowed in a tournament must be an even number to keep the balance.
3. For those joining a Tournament must register with the following format.
Ninja:(Your Ninja name)
Rank:(Genin, Chunin, Jounin and Anbu are allowed in tournaments)
4. All tournaments must have a prize. It could be a Scroll containing a jutsu or summoning, a weapon or Yen.
