Jutsu Template:

Rank:(E, D, C, B, A, or S)
Description:(what can your jutsu do? what does it look like? what are the after effects? does it hurt the user?)
weapon template:
Name of weapon:
Type:(sword, Katana, Bow and arrow, etc)
appearance:(Post a picture or give atleast describe it in a paragraph)
Abilities:(Tell what abilities it has. If the weapon doesn't have an ability, it is considered a regular weapon that doesn't need to be registered as custom.)
