Name: Gravity Vortex
ability: This clan has a unique ability to use his lightning and earth chakra separately and also combine it to perform his Kekkei Genkai gravity vortex jutsu. This is a very powerful bloodline not only because it allows the user to use the separate Chakra’s simultaneously, the gravity vortex allows him to control gravity and at times, open cosmic portals that lead to another dimension. Like most Kekkei Genkai, his power sets in his eyes.
When using his lighting chakra separately from his earth chakra, his lightning attacks gain an effect that allow it to disrupt and earth formed compounds. When used in this form, his chakra can be stopped by drenching him in water. This will make him revert back to using earth jutsu or his Gravity vortex style.
When using his earth chakra separately from his lightning chakra, his earth attacks have the ability to go bypass and defend almost all wind jutsu compound. When used in this form fire attacks place a greater toll on his body. If hit two times by fire jutsu, this will make him revert back to using Lightning jutsu or his Gravity vortex style.
While using the Gravity part of the Gravity Vortex, he has the ability to control the gravity to take different forms of manipulation on the opponent. Some forms include the ability to revert the gravity to slower and incoming opponent of item that is either twenty feet in the air or on the ground. He can also pull the opponent down to a crushing stop, or adjust the gravity in parts of the opponents body so that the user may control their movements. High resistance to his forceful pull results in immense pain to the resister.
The vortex part is his most advance part of his Gravity Vortex style. This allows him to create two different kinds of portals. The first is a portal that can be opened five times a day. This portal opens and give off no pull to suck items or opponents. This portal gives the summoner the ability to open a gateway to a random dimension or area of the same plane. The portals stay open one minute each time it is opened, but once on the other side the trapped victim may wait in the same spot for five minutes and return.
The second kind is much more powerful. It can only be opened one time every ten years and the user have much more control of where to send things. This portal has a pull effect that can pull items in as if their was no friction around to hold things in place. A person with advance skill can dispel this vortex with either Jutsu Sho, or Genjutsu Kai, but it will drain them a lot if they release it incorrectly. It is a common failure that comes upon ninja that have no knowledge of the technique.
Physical Changes of the Phases:
Lightning Single: When in the lightning only phase, the user always emit small electric shocks from all around their body.
Earth Single: When in the earth only phase, the user has small particles of dust rising very phase like and attaching thinly to the users body.
history: (Same as Clan History) Little is known about this prestigous group of shinobi. This clan was only truely recognized when a young shinobi by the name of Masarkae Tantio uprose in Konoha at a very yound age. He grew into the ability as it seemed it was just a curse because no elder, ANbu, or kage could deliver information of where he derived from. They only kept close attention on him as he started to be brought up in Konohagakure. Information ceased when he became missing after killing a jonin before reaching genin rank.
Later he was soon found again dwelling in Otogakure just wandering. He was easily pointed out as he used his abilities widely without consideration. As people began to take a liking into him, he began to kill them. His best known project was how he ended up killing a previous Mizukage and Tsuchikage while then disappearing. A small amount of information was gathered in the time of which he first came into exsistance and to where he left off. Most villages stopped their worring with the bloodline seeing that he hadn't struck in a long time.
Jutsus: (Note: All of his Raiton jutsu can be performed without hand seals because of his abilty to manipulater his chakra seperately)
Raiton: Raikyû Lightning Release: Lightning Ball-Creates a ball of lightning in the users hand and can be hurled at an enemy at extreme speeds
Raiton: Raikoudo Ragon Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon-This jutsu uses chakra to create an extremely large lightning bolt, which forms the shape of a dragon, and is directed at an opponent.
Raiton: Raizô Ikazuchi wo Utte Lightning Release: Thunderbolt Strike-This jutsu uses chakra to create lightning throughout the user's body. The user then presses their hand on the ground, sending the lightning in their body, into the ground, making large lightning bolts surge through the ground towards their opponent.
Raiton:Raikou Bunshin no justu Lightning Clones-This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of lightning. These are acctual clones, capable of attacking and performing Raiton jutsus. When these clones are destroyed, they explode in a small, but powerful burst of lightning, in all directions.

Earth Bunshin no Jutsu:Tsuchi Bunshin: This technique makes earth formed bunshin clones of the user. They are able to perform jutsu and inflict damage upon the opponent.
Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.
Doton: Retsudotensho: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby rocks and stones that surround the enemy and will begin to hit and spin about crushing all those trapped within it.
Doton: Iwayado Kuzushi: Rocks are dislodged from above the opponent.
Doton: Doryuheki: Stomping the ground the user is able to form a gigantic wall of earth that is strong and very protective.
Dorai: Iwayado: This is a form of attack that manipulates gravity to pull items or humans to their knees. All the same they have a little restraint and are able to get up if they have a powerful chakra source or a fire/water chakra.
Dorai: Magnetic Pull: This is a form of attack that manipulates gravity to take kunai, shuriken, ninja wire, and other small items from opponents and hiding places. When this doujutsu is activated the user raise their arm outward. Then they thrust their hand up to show their entire bottom part of their hand. static then comes from the hand as it begin to pull.
Dorai: Rashen Iwayado: This is a stronger form of Dorai Iwayado that gives the opponent to chance of restraint. This justu uses a lot of force that could even break the items pulled downward.
