Clan name: Tantio's Unknown Clan
Requirements: must have the Gravity Vortex( blood line traite), to be in clan.
History: Little is known about this prestigous group of shinobi. This clan was only truely recognized when a young shinobi by the name of Masarkae Tantio uprose in Konoha at a very yound age. He grew into the ability as it seemed it was just a curse because no elder, ANbu, or kage could deliver information of where he derived from. They only kept close attention on him as he started to be brought up in Konohagakure. Information ceased when he became missing after killing a jonin before reaching genin rank.
Later he was soon found again dwelling in Otogakure just wandering. He was easily pointed out as he used his abilities widely without consideration. As people began to take a liking into him, he began to kill them. His best known project was how he ended up killing a previous Mizukage and Tsuchikage while then disappearing. A small amount of information was gathered in the time of which he first came into exsistance and to where he left off. Most villages stopped their worring with the bloodline seeing that he hadn't struck in a long time.
Jutsu: Note: All of his Raiton jutsu can be performed without hand seals because of his abilty to manipulater his chakra seperately)
Raiton: Raikyû Lightning Release: Lightning Ball-Creates a ball of lightning in the users hand and can be hurled at an enemy at extreme speeds
Raiton: Raikoudo Ragon Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon-This jutsu uses chakra to create an extremely large lightning bolt, which forms the shape of a dragon, and is directed at an opponent.
Raiton: Raizô Ikazuchi wo Utte Lightning Release: Thunderbolt Strike-This jutsu uses chakra to create lightning throughout the user's body. The user then presses their hand on the ground, sending the lightning in their body, into the ground, making large lightning bolts surge through the ground towards their opponent.
Raiton:Raikou Bunshin no justu Lightning Clones-This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of lightning. These are acctual clones, capable of attacking and performing Raiton jutsus. When these clones are destroyed, they explode in a small, but powerful burst of lightning, in all directions.

Earth Bunshin no Jutsu:Tsuchi Bunshin: This technique makes earth formed bunshin clones of the user. They are able to perform jutsu and inflict damage upon the opponent.
Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.
Doton: Retsudotensho: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby rocks and stones that surround the enemy and will begin to hit and spin about crushing all those trapped within it.
Doton: Iwayado Kuzushi: Rocks are dislodged from above the opponent.
Doton: Doryuheki: Stomping the ground the user is able to form a gigantic wall of earth that is strong and very protective.
Dorai: Iwayado: This is a form of attack that manipulates gravity to pull items or humans to their knees. All the same they have a little restraint and are able to get up if they have a powerful chakra source or a fire/water chakra.
Dorai: Magnetic Pull: This is a form of attack that manipulates gravity to take kunai, shuriken, ninja wire, and other small items from opponents and hiding places. When this doujutsu is activated the user raise their arm outward. Then they thrust their hand up to show their entire bottom part of their hand. static then comes from the hand as it begin to pull.
Dorai: Rashen Iwayado: This is a stronger form of Dorai Iwayado that gives the opponent to chance of restraint. This justu uses a lot of force that could even break the items pulled downward.
