Clan Name:
The Ryota Clan

-Must have the Kasou Bloodline Limits.
History:
The Ryota Clan was created sometime before the Third Hokage died. As every clan, there is a beginning. The start of this clan was created by the youngest of the Ryota Family, Kenta Ryota. The Ryota Family is not a shinobi family at all, infact they detest all violence and ninja. The first of the family to become a shinobi was Kenta, and he was also the first to discover the secret abilities. For long ago the Ryota use to be a Shinobi place, but that was even before the Leaf village was created. The bloodline inheritance could only be activated during an extreme battle. This is the reason by Kenta is the first one to activate it in a extremely long time, and is as of now still the only shinobi of his current family.
Kenta is the only of the Ryota Clan; he and the Ryota Family no longer share bonds together so he is the beginning of a new generation. However, he does have all the intentions into converting some of his family into the ninja way. Starting with the younger ones. If everything goes as he desires then the family will eventually become a clan.
Other:
Each Ryota member has a special pill that has a hue of deep green to it. When taken their speed increased ten fold, as does their strength and senses and they turn rather beast like. These effects last for about an entire hour. Unfortunately after they take it they are completely unable to move and stay like that for about a day.

Ability:
The Kasou actually has nothing to do with the eye techniques. It is simply just another part of the Ryota clan's limit. The Kasou which is the clan's ability to create and manipulate any form of fire.

Description:
The user will form large rings of fire around the arms which will continuously swirl, when ready they will shoot the rings from their arms.

The user can cause any part of their body to erupt in flames and will fight with it as such. Usually they can collect chakra and the fire at their fists or feet and when attacking they can release it all at once, sending not only the force of the punch or kick but also cause the fire to erupt from their limbs.
