History: Masarkae doesn’t actually know of his origin. He only remember back to awakening on a rivered in the Lands of Fire, but just past the Land of Water. To his unknowing he walked east and came into Konoha unsuspectingly. He knew this because a guard shinobi told him where he was, and at the same time realized he was a peasant. He asked a woman who he was and she replied that she had no idea, but he looked as if he was around seven years old. With that said she quickly scurried off as she noticed his eyes were as white as the cloth she was hanging. When she scurried she knocked over a pot of water. The water left a puddle which allowed him to see his reelection. Upon kneeling down he looked to see himself with and his demon eyes. He thought,” Is this what she ran from. What are these. Am I some kind of Demon?”
He didn’t know where these words came from, but he didn’t like them. Here he was in a foreign nation of many foreign nations and noone here could tell him who he was. His eyes were a plain white and this was something that was surely unique to the villagers. He quickly dashed off covering his eyes as he pushed passed all obstacles in front of himself. He soon banged himself to a brick wall. Upon falling back he felt immense pain but nothing like that of his landing. His body was forced directly down in a spiral. With his landing, electricity emitted around his body. This was when he quickly ejected himself into to a stance. He looked at his hands to see more sparks, and again at his feet to see himself sinking with no water present. Soon he realized that this was his doing so he calmed himself and it went away.
A couple of days within the village he still hadn’t established a name for himself to even be known. Then he was struck by a merchant for stealing and that move cut his face badly. Instead of striking and leaving, the brute stood over Masarkae as if he was a dog and continuously stumped him. Masarkae accidentally threw his hands up and from them came bolts of lightning that went straight though the brutes body. Blood shot everywhere as others watched. He quickly ran away but to his safety, noone knew him, so noone could find him. As night fell he wanted to feel that adrenaline once again. He quickly ran upon a shinobi of the village challenged him to combat, he won barely because he was underestimated.
He immediately left the village and escaped to the Village Hidden in the Sound, Otogakure. He went their because at the time that was the safest place to stick in with all crowds. Most of the ninja in the village were missing so he knew that know one would question him being their. He trained his abilities until he was fifteen. He done this in secrecy until other ninja began to become infatuated with his powers. Everyone thought that they could attempt to control him and therefore control his powers, but he only grasped the concept and manipulated them conversely.
Each time the results were catastrophic on their behalf. He would kill them and take the spoils for himself. His greatest accomplishments soon came when he was eighteen. In the same year he killed two kage. The Mizukage, and the Tsuchikage. He did his crimes straight up and would have took the consequences if they would have caught him. The searches ended with the villages missing about ten hunter ninja and a kage each. This was because he opened the diminsional gates and sent those of Kirigakure to somewhere he don’t know of, and because they never showed up when the gate reopened his guess was that they paniced and left the spot, or something ferocious in the dimension killed them.
The Tsuchikage was killed with his hunter ninja because of a sacrifice. He opened his second dimensional gate of where he had judgement over where they went. He sent them to an area that consisted of no gravity and was just outside of the sun. To get the kage in he wrapped them both in ninja wire and jumped in, like the lackeys they were, the hunter ninja followed.
Both times he allowed injured ninja to stay back so that his legacy could be told. Once the nuisance was decentigraded in the second kage killing, Masarkae put himself to sleep for ten years with a jutsu he formed before he planned out this strategy. To a malfunction of his incomplete jutsu, the jutsu put him into a slumber for forty years and luckily when he woke the portal to his dimension was still in effect for every ten years to open until something exited it.
With the time warp, he still had the physic and health of an eighteen year old. His jutsu did have a good side afterall. He was sure that once someone recognized him the word of Masarkae Tantio’s rise from death would have ninja looking for him very quickly. He had no choice but to train his skills to what they were equal to that of forty years ago. The legacy of Minko Dorai continues.....Now.

Dead Soul Technique-Using this jutsu, a person can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living person. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more, allowing the user to control the corpse. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy.
Important Body Points Disturbance-converting a small amount of chakra into electricity and hitting her opponent's brain stem., thw user can disrupt the regular flow of electrical signals from the target's brain to other parts of the target's body.

For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. Temple of Nirvana Technique-This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispel it.
Secret Healing Wound Destruction-The user can concentrate his chakra to a prepared area on his body and begin regenerating the moment the targeted area becomes damaged. Unlike normal healing, this can actually restore dead cells. Tsunade, although a better healer, doesn't seem able to use this jutsu, meaning that it's probably exclusive to.
Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique-Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another object and take on its properties to avoid any damage.
Vanishing Facial Copy Technique-This jutsu allows the user to peel the face of another person off and wear it like a mask, effectively impersonating said person. In addition to copying the victim's face, it also copies their voice. The grisly after-effect of this is that the target loses their face entirely, as if it were dissolved clean off their head.

Masarkae has a unique ability to use his lightning and earth chakra separately and also combine it to perform his Kekkei Genkai gravity vortex jutsu. This is a very powerful bloodline not only because it allows the user to use the separate Chakra’s simultaneously, the gravity vortex allows him to control gravity and at times, open cosmic portals that lead to another dimension. Like most Kekkei Genkai, his power sets in his eyes.
When using his lighting chakra separately from his earth chakra, his lightning attacks gain an effect that allow it to disrupt and earth formed compounds. When used in this form, his chakra can be stopped by drenching him in water. This will make him revert back to using earth jutsu or his Gravity vortex style.
When using his earth chakra separately from his lightning chakra, his earth attacks have the ability to go bypass and defend almost all wind jutsu compound. When used in this form fire attacks place a greater toll on his body. If hit two times by fire jutsu, this will make him revert back to using Lightning jutsu or his Gravity vortex style.
While using the Gravity part of the Gravity Vortex, he has the ability to control the gravity to take different forms of manipulation on the opponent. Some forms include the ability to revert the gravity to slower and incoming opponent of item that is either twenty feet in the air or on the ground. He can also pull the opponent down to a crushing stop, or adjust the gravity in parts of the opponents body so that the user may control their movements. High resistance to his forceful pull results in immense pain to the resister.
His vortex part is his most advance part of his Gravity Vortex style. This allows him to create two different kinds of portals. The first is a portal that can be opened five times a day. This portal opens and give off no pull to suck items or opponents. This portal gives the summoner the ability to open a gateway to a random dimension or area of the same plane. The portals stay open one minute each time it is opened, but once on the other side the trapped victim may wait in the same spot for five minutes and return.
The second kind is much more powerful. It can only be opened one time every ten years and the user have much more control of where to send things. When you get close to a person others will prey on the weakness and reduce you. He depends on noone because he believe he has everything. This is partial the reason he shows no affection. He is sarcastic, but can be serious.
He has no goals because he know he will make them all come true with his jutsu and code. His code is to love nothing and want nothing, so then he would have everything.
